Operational Status: GREEN – We have successfully verified the stability of the Seeway Threat Management Console (TMC) and Client Portal over the last 60 minutes.

Following the resolution of the upstream Cloudflare incident, our engineering team has conducted full integrity checks on all data streams.

Summary:

• TMC Live Feed: Fully Operational.

• Website & Portal: Fully Operational.

• Data Integrity: Validated. No evidence was lost during the transmission blackout (local recording secured all footage).

This incident is now closed. A full Post-Incident Report (RCA) will be made available to clients shortly.

Fix Implemented / Validating Integrity – Cloudflare has confirmed that a fix has been deployed across their global network and they believe the incident is resolved.

Seeway Internal Verification: Our engineering team is currently performing final integrity checks on the Threat Management Console (TMC) and Client Portal to ensure data streams are stable and secure.

Client Advisory:

• Access: You may now attempt to log in to the Client Portal.

• Performance: Service should be normalizing, though brief residual latency may occur as global traffic re-routes.

We will issue a final "Green Status" operational command once our internal validation is complete.

Restoration Progress Report – Cloudflare engineering has confirmed that network-level services (Access & WARP) have recovered to pre-incident levels.

However, they are currently focusing remediation efforts specifically on "Application Services," which is the infrastructure layer hosting the Seeway TMC and Client Portal.

What this means for you:

• Connectivity: You may see periods of successful login followed by brief errors as they stabilize this specific layer.

• Security: Your physical site security remains unaffected and fully operational.

We are maintaining our monitoring stance until "Application Services" are declared fully stable by the upstream provider.
